Description
Sauvage by Dior was launched in 2015, advertised by Johnny Depp. The name ‘Sauvage’ is derived from the fragrance Eau Sauvage, released in 1966, despite the two not belonging to the same collection. Sauvage is inspired by a wild public setting: blue sky, rocky landscapes and heat under the desert sun. The fragrance opens with notes of pepper and Calabrian bergamot. Heart notes are geranium, lavender, sichuan pepper, elemi, pink pepper, vetiver and patchouli. The base is formed by cedar, labdanum and ambroxan. Francois Demachy is the perfumer behind this fragrance.
The 30ml and 100ml bottle are refillable.
